Notary and signing services are provided through GJS Notary Services. Drone operations are conducted under FAA Part 107 certification. Specific deliverables and turnaround are defined in each engagement.
Intellectual property
The site’s content, branding, and logo are owned by GJS Appraisal Services LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. Photography and other deliverables are licensed to clients as set out in the applicable engagement.
